In a recent bus industry customer satisfaction survey, bakerbus achieved 97 percent rating when compared, pro-rata to 85 percent verdict delivered on the Stoke-on Trent region’s ‘national’ operators.
Passenger Focus, an independent body set up by the government to protect the interests of rail and bus passengers outside London, asked 18,500 passengers in 14 areas across England to rate the bus journey just completed.

On and from this date ALL buses to HANLEY, NEWCASTLE, TUNSTALL, BIDDULPH MOOR, LEEK and MOW COP will ALL depart from TUNSTALL ROAD (opposite Top to Toe shop)
This is a temporary arrangement until mid Oct 2010, when a new bus terminus will be built in Wharf Rd. Thank you for your patience whilst work is completed.

NEW VEHICLE AND MORE FREQUENT SERVICES IN AND AROUND CREWE
The operation of THE HARRIER service D1, formerly run by Harrier Travel Limited, is now part of an expanding bakerbus network covering Sandbach, Haslington and Crewe. A new, low more passenger friendly bus has been introduced with additional seating capacity and low floor easy access. The new bus should be recognisable as the HARRIER branding has been incorporated into the striking bakerbus livery colours of yellow over blue bands - now a common sight around South Cheshir

Biddulph based bakerbus has been appointed by Cheshire County Council to operate the 392 - 393 bus service, providing an hourly daytime frequency linking Macclesfield and Poynton with Stockport. The revamped service has been branded as 'The Shuttle' in recognition of the region's historical links with the mills of the silk and cotton industries

Bakerbus is one of the first bus companies in England to install ticket machines capable of accepting all the new English Concessionary Bus Passes. Working in partnership with Cheshire County Council, ticket machines for the entire Bakerbus fleet have been upgraded to read electronically, the latest design of travel passes, based on smart card technology.
